- Determines which method(s) will be used, integration directionality, and attributes
- Participates in any data normalization required prior to being imported / inserted into ServiceNow
- Understand Architecture Solution for the landscape that needs integration across systems
- Understand customer requirements and needs (Stated and Unstated/Hygiene requirements) reg integration, do the play back and perform baseline
- Understand the Inbound and/or Outbound technical requirements for every integration requirements
Good-to-Have
• Excellent technical knowledge of Java / Javascript
- Very good knowledge & experience in using scripting tools (PowerShell / Javascript) to meet the requirements
- Preferred to possess positive knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology or trainable in this area
- Thorough understanding of ITIL processes or trainable in this area
