Location: PAN India** Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) or Security Operations (SecOps) . The candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, customizing, and integrating ServiceNow solutions to support security, risk, compliance, and IT processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Develop solutions using ServiceNow GRC or SecOps based on business requirements.
- Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and ACLs.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, integrations, and customizations.
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs and integrate ServiceNow with third-party security and enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, Notifications, and Service Portal components.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, development, testing, and deployment.




- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain platform security and performance.
- Collaborate with functional teams, security teams, and other technical stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills
- Solid hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.
- Mandatory experience in ServiceNow GRC or ServiceNow SecOps.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Script Includes, and Workflows.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.

Good-to-Have Skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or relevant certification.
- Experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
- Experience with Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and ITSM modules.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Profile Candidates with strong ServiceNow Development experience and hands-on expertise in either GRC/IRM or SecOps will be preferred.
