Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking experienced ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Consultants to join our growing ServiceNow practice. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting HRSD solutions to streamline HR services and improve employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and configure ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules.
- Develop and maintain HR Case Management, Employee Service Center (ESC), and Knowledge Management solutions.
- Gather business requirements and provide scalable ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
- Configure HR workflows, lifecycle events, document management, and employee service portals.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to enhance employee self-service capabilities.
- Perform system testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Support integrations with third-party HR applications and enterprise systems.
- Provide production support and continuous service improvements.

Required Skills





- Robust experience in ServiceNow HRSD implementation and support.
- Expertise in HR Case Management and Employee Service Center.
- Experience with Service Catalogs, Workflows, Flow Designer, and Knowledge Management.
- Understanding of HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and case management.
- Knowledge of IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Experience in Agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (HRSD).
- Experience with Employee Center Pro and Virtual Agent.
- Exposure to ITSM and other ServiceNow modules.

Eligibility ✅ 5 to 15 years of overall IT experience

✅ Relevant experience in ServiceNow HRSD

✅ Experience in implementation, support, or enhancement projects
