Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer specializing in ITOM and CMDB to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, ITOM Health, and ServiceNow development/configuration.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications with a strong focus on ITOM and CMDB .
- Design and maintain CMDB architecture, CI classes, relationships, identification rules, and reconciliation rules.
- Implement and support ServiceNow Discovery across servers, network devices, cloud infrastructure, and other enterprise environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot Service Mapping and application/service dependencies.
- Work on ITOM Health, Event Management, alert processing, and operational visibility.
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Workflows/Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Build and maintain integrations with monitoring tools, cloud platforms, and third-party applications.
- Ensure CMDB data quality, completeness, accuracy, and compliance with governance standards.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to Discovery, CMDB, integrations, and ITOM modules.




- Collaborate with IT infrastructure, application, cloud, and operations teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, enhancements, testing, deployment, and production support.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB.
- Experience with Discovery and Service Mapping.
- Good understanding of CMDB data model, CI relationships, Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE).
- Experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
- Understanding of MID Server architecture and configuration.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, servers, networks, databases, cloud, and monitoring tools.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have
- Experience with ServiceNow Event Management and ITOM Health.
- Knowledge of Service Graph Connectors.
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP Discovery.
- ServiceNow CSA / CIS-ITOM certification.
- Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Pay: ₹653,536.67 - ₹1,330,699.59 per year
