- Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes
- Workflows / Flow Designer
- Asset lifecycle and license management
- Integrations and REST APIs
- Troubleshooting and technical support
- ITAM processes and best practices
Mandatory Certifications:
- CIS – Software Asset Management (CIS-SAM)
- CIS – Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM)
