Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ITSM solutions using ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement process improvements.
- Troubleshoot issues related to ITSM processes and resolve them efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT service management.
Job Requirements :
- 5-20 years of experience in IT services & consulting with expertise in ITSM.
- Robust understanding of ServiceNow platform including its modules such as incident management, problem management, change management etc. .
- Experience working on at least one full life cycle implementation project involving multiple stakeholders.
