About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow integrations, APIs, and Virtual Agent development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable ServiceNow solutions, integrating external systems, and creating conversational workflows using Virtual Agent.

This freelance remote opportunity requires a technically strong professional who can work independently, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Development & Customization

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.

Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.

Develop solutions following ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.

Troubleshoot and optimize existing ServiceNow implementations. Integration & API Development





Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and external applications.

Build and consume REST APIs and SOAP APIs.

Configure IntegrationHub spokes, REST messages, and API integrations.

Handle authentication methods including OAuth and token-based integrations.

Perform integration testing and troubleshoot API issues.

Virtual Agent

Development

Develop and configure ServiceNow Virtual Agent conversations.

Create chatbot topics, flows, and automated self-service solutions.

Integrate Virtual Agent with ServiceNow workflows and backend services.

Improve user experience through conversational automation. Collaboration

Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Participate in technical discussions, testing, and deployment activities.

Provide documentation and knowledge transfer when required.
