Position: CMDB Developer
Experience: 3+ years
Job Summary
We are looking for a CMDB Developer with hands-on experience in ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and ITOM. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining CMDB data, CI relationships, integrations, and data quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow CMDB and CI relationships.
- Configure and support ServiceNow Discovery.
- Manage CMDB data quality, reconciliation, and duplicate CIs.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
- Work with CSDM, CMDB Health, and ITOM.
- Perform ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript.
- Troubleshoot CMDB, Discovery, and integration issues.
Required Skills: ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, ITOM, CSDM, JavaScript, REST/SOAP, APIs, Import Sets, Transform Maps, CMDB Health, and ITIL.
Preferred: ServiceNow CSA/CIS-Discovery or CIS-ITOM certification.
