Job Responsibility

- Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements, including creating and maintaining forms, workflows, notifications and reports.

- Integration: Integrate ServiceNow modules with other systems and third-party applications to enable seamless data flow and process automation

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement requirements

- Quality: Design and implement efficient and testable customizations and integrations with high quality

- Testing: Conduct through testing to ensure robustness and reliability

- Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, including troubleshooting issues and implementing updates and enhancements.

Required Skills

- Experience in ServiceNow should be 3-6 years





- Scripting experience - Client scripts, Business rules, Script Includes, UI Components (UI page, UI script, Macros)

- ServiceNow Modules - ITSM (Must -Have), Order management for Telecom (Valuable-to-have)

- Integration - REST/SOAP (Inbound or Outbound). Scripted REST API creation, Data Serialization, Integration hub (Good-to-have)

- Experience in designing Flows/Subflow via Flow designer

- Willing to work in EST shift
