We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Developer/Consultant with 4+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management, and Integrations, along with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, implement, and support ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
- Configure and maintain ITOM modules, including:

- Discovery

- Service Mapping

- Event Management

- CMDB

- Cloud Discovery
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot MID Servers.
- Develop and optimize Discovery schedules, credentials, and patterns.
- Manage CMDB data quality, health, and governance using Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE).
- Build and maintain Service Mapping for business-critical applications and services.
- Configure Event Management rules, alert correlation, and integrations with monitoring tools.
- Develop custom solutions using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
- Create and support integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams to ensure successful ITOM implementations.




- Participate in platform upgrades, deployments, and ongoing enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform and ITOM-related issues.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with:

- ServiceNow Discovery

- CMDB and CMDB Health

- Service Mapping

- Event Management

- MID Server Administration
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Integration Hub.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure components:

- Windows/Linux Servers

- Network Devices

- Databases

- Virtualization Technologies
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Experience in Flow Designer and workflow automation.

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ServiceNow CIS Discovery and/or Service Mapping certification.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, SCOM, SolarWinds, or Nagios.
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
