? About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CSM Developer to join our team and contribute to the enhancement, implementation, and support of our ServiceNow FSO platform .

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementations, platform configuration, feature enhancements, integrations, and production support. You will collaborate closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions and continuously improve platform capabilities.

? Key Responsibilities

- Support and enhance existing ServiceNow FSO platform functionality.
- Implement new features and capabilities based on business requirements.
- Contribute to ServiceNow software releases through configuration, development, and feature delivery.
- Collaborate with scoped application teams for integrations, plug-ins, and application installations .
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incident tickets related to the platform and hosted applications.
- Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow initiatives.
- Follow ServiceNow best practices,



development standards, and governance processes.

? Mandatory Skills & Certifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementations
- Strong experience with ServiceNow CSM
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Strong troubleshooting, configuration, and development skills
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

- 4+ years of in-depth ServiceNow implementation experience
- Experience working in the Financial Services domain
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM / FSO
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, scoped applications, and platform enhancements
