We are looking for an experienced Service Supervisor to manage and coordinate our Service Technician team.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage Service Technicians
- Allocate and coordinate service jobs
- Monitor daily service activities and technician performance
- Handle customer service-related queries and issues
- Coordinate with the office and other departments
- Ensure timely completion of service work
- Prepare and maintain service reports

Requirements:

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Service/Technical field/ Any Field
- Experience in handling a team is preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle customers and technicians professionally
- Knowledge of Diesel Generators / Power Solutions is an added advantage
- Responsible, proactive and capable of handling multiple tasks

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
