Job Title: Service Manager - HVAC Projects

We are hiring a Service Manager for HVAC Projects for a leading manufacturing/engineering company in Chennai. The ideal candidate will oversee HVAC project execution, service operations, and client coordination to ensure timely delivery and quality service.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor HVAC installation and service projects
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians, engineers, and service staff
- Client Coordination: Act as SPOC for clients, handle site visits, requirements, and service issues
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all projects meet safety standards, quality norms, and deadlines
- Service Operations: Manage AMC, breakdown service, preventive maintenance for HVAC systems
- Reporting: Prepare project reports, cost estimates,



and progress updates for management
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for materials and manpower

Requirements

- Experience: 8-15 years in HVAC Projects and Service Management
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, project execution, team handling, and client management
- Other: Good communication skills, willing to travel to project sites in Chennai
