- Kozhikode
- Palakkad
- Pathanamthitta
- Kottayam
- Thrissur
- Karunagapally ? Salary Package: ₹26,000 – ₹31,000/month ✅ ELIGIBILITY • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Manager is mandatory
- Automobile / EV service experience preferred
- Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical Engineering
- Proficiency in local/regional language is mandatory
- Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle high-volume service operations
- Strong customer-oriented approach ?️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee daily workshop and service center operations
- Manage and lead technicians, service advisors & support staff




- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints
- Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction
- Monitor vehicle turnaround time and reduce service backlogs
- Ensure safety, quality & operational standards
- Manage spare parts inventory and consumption tracking
- Drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with central and technical teams for escalations
