Position: Service Engineer / Technician

Reporting To: Service Head

Education: ITI / Diploma Mechanical / RAC (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning)

Working Days: 6 Days (Weekly Off: Tuesday)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Role & responsibilities

- Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of Industrial Process Chillers and HVAC systems.
- Attend preventive maintenance and breakdown service calls at customer sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Coordinate with the Service Head regarding service activities.
- Maintain service reports and documentation.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations across assigned territories.




- Participate in technical training programs whenever required.

Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC)
