Key Responsibilities

- Installation & commissioning of

Pharma machines at customer sites (India & overseas)

- Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, and maintenance to minimize downtime

- Execute preventive & breakdown servicing as per company standards

- Drive spare parts and change parts business revenue

- Attend

IFAT & CFAT and ensure successful machine acceptance

- Handle customer complaints (on-site/online) and maintain complaint tracking & closure

- Provide timely technical support and ensure high customer satisfaction

- Travel frequently across

India and internationally for service assignments

Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems & machine operations

- Hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of machinery

- Positive troubleshooting and analytical skills

- Customer-focused approach with effective communication

- Ability to work independently in client-facing environments

Additional Requirements

- Willingness to travel

PAN India and internationally (short & long duration)

- Ready to work at overseas customer sites under diverse conditions

- Passport ready / ability to obtain visa for international assignments
