Service Engineer – Injection Moulding Machine

HYSUS Machines, a manufacturer of Plastic Injection Moulding Machines, is looking for a Service Engineer for machine installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and customer support.

Job Responsibilities

- Installation and commissioning of Plastic Injection Moulding Machines at customer sites.
- Attend machine service and breakdown calls.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and electrical problems.
- Check sensors, solenoid valves, motors, heaters, contactors and basic electrical systems.
- Understand hydraulic circuits and machine operating systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and machine inspection.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
- Coordinate with the factory technical team regarding service issues.
- Maintain proper service reports after customer visits.
- Travel to customer locations as required for installation and service.

Qualification ITI / Diploma / B.E. in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechatronics
- Maintenance Engineering or related technical field





Experience Freshers with valuable technical knowledge may apply.

Candidates with experience in Injection Moulding Machines, Plastic Machinery, CNC Machines, Industrial Machinery, Hydraulic Machines or Machine Maintenance will be preferred.

Job Location: Rajkot, Gujarat Field Work: Customer-site travelling will be required.
