Role Description

Service Engineers commonly have the following duties and responsibilities :

- Assess, install, and maintain various types of equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and repair system failures or malfunctions
- Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and efficiency
- Provide technical support to clients
- Analyse equipment performance data and make necessary adjustments or recommendations
- Write service reports and document all maintenance and repair work
- Manage parts inventory and order supplies as needed
- Provide training and guidance to other staff on equipment operation and maintenance




- Work closely with the design and production teams to improve product functionality and reliability
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and secure work environment
- Must have experience in medical equipment’s
- Service for field as per client requirement

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Installation, Troubleshooting, Maintenance & Repair skills for equipment and process-related issues.
- Candidates should possess experience in Field Service, including on-site customer visits and service reporting.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Diploma or degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, electronics, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude, reliability, and willingness to travel locally for field service assignments.
