Maintain liaison relation with existing and potential customer both in public private sector to ensure the business objective

Create new customers and generate sales/business

Identify new business opportunities

Regular monitoring, follow-up and review on all business activities and report to the senior management

Prepare and provide accurate and up-to- reports on the sales pipeline

Maintain knowledge on all company product and services

Perform all other duties as assigned

Service Engineer:

Excellent interpersonal and Customer communication skills

Strong technical knowledge

Good communication skills and demonstrated ability to build positive rapport and partner with a variety of Customers

Proficiency with computers and Windows software

Proficiency with web technologies and navigating internet/intranet sites

Ability to work independently without supervision

Flexibility to handle multiple and changing priorities





Ability to work flexible schedule, sometimes outside normal business hours and travel as required
