What You’ll Do

Cloud Skills We’re Looking ForOwn end-to-end delivery of cloud and infrastructure managed servic es.Ensure SLA, KPI, incident, problem, change, and release management excellen ce.Act as the key customer contact for service reviews, escalations, and improvemen ts.Lead and mentor cloud/infrastructure enginee rs.Drive automation, standardization, RCA,



and continuous service improveme nt.Good working knowledge of AWS and Azure services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, EKS/ECS, CloudWatch, Azure VMs, VNet, Storage, Backup, Monitor, Load Balancer, App Services, Azure SQL, Entra ID, and A KS.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud operations, or managed servi ces.At least 2 years in a Service Delivery, Technical Lead, or Team Lead r ole.Strong ITIL process understand ing.Experience managing AWS and/or Azure production environme nts.Excellent communication, customer management, and stakeholder handling ski lls.
