Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Coordinator to coordinate service activities, customer complaints, technician schedules, and after-sales support. The candidate will act as a bridge between customers, service technicians, and the service management team.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily service and repair activities.
- Handle customer service requests, complaints, and follow-ups.
- Schedule service appointments and assign jobs to technicians.
- Maintain service records, job cards, and customer information.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service jobs.
- Follow up on pending repairs, spare parts, and warranty-related issues.
- Communicate service updates to customers professionally.
- Monitor service turnaround time and customer satisfaction.




- Prepare daily/weekly service reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with the sales, spare parts, and technical teams when required.
- Ensure proper documentation of service and warranty claims.
- Handle customer queries related to EV service, maintenance, and repairs.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of automobiles/EVs and service operations.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple service requests efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Candidate
- Experience in automobile/EV service coordination or after-sales support will be an advantage.
- Candidates with solid communication and customer-handling skills are preferred.
