We are looking for a Service Associate to manage customer service, food orders, billing, and ticketing while ensuring a smooth dining/service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take and process customer food orders accurately.
- Generate food bills and handle cash/card/digital payments.
- Prepare and manage food/service tickets and coordinate with the kitchen.
- Serve food and assist customers with their queries and requests.
- Ensure accurate order delivery and timely service.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain service standards.
Location: Soulspirit Mall, Bellandur
Timing: 8:30AM - 5:30PM & 4:30AM - 1:30AM
