Job Title: Service Capacity FMS

Location: Gurgaon

Qualification: Should be Science Graduate (IT / Computer), preferably, BE/B. Tech/MCA with minimum 1 year of in- scope solutions and minimum 3 years total experience in IT implementation / support of related solution.

Should be certified in any 1 of the following certifications:

ITIL/COBIT 5/ISMS/ISO/IEC 27000

Key Responsibilities

1. Managing the above- mentioned solution as per the RFP including support to users.
2. Managing the above- mentioned solution as per the RFP.
3. Configurations and management, carry out upgrade/patching of solution as and when required.
4. Develop service management strategies.
5. Optimize capacity planning.
6. Analyze service performance metrics.
7. Collaborate with FMS teams and stakeholders.
