Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our automobile dealership in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer service requirements, vehicle inspections, job card preparation, service estimation, workshop coordination, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Conduct preliminary vehicle inspections and accurately identify service needs.
- Prepare job cards, service estimates, and repair orders.
- Explain required repairs, maintenance, and estimated costs to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding service progress.
- Ensure proper documentation of vehicle history and service records.
- Conduct vehicle delivery inspections and explain completed work to customers.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally.
- Follow up with customers for service feedback and customer satisfaction.
- Promote periodic maintenance, accessories, value-added services, and other after-sales products.
- Achieve service revenue, customer retention, and workshop performance targets.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and dealership processes.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Solid customer handling and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of automobile servicing and vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to understand technical service requirements and explain them clearly to customers.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with DMS / dealership software.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.

Qualification & Experience
- Education: Diploma / ITI / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Experience: 1–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor, Automobile Service Advisor, Workshop Advisor, or Customer Service Advisor.
- Freshers with relevant automobile knowledge may also be considered.
