Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Coordinator to coordinate service operations, customer complaints, vehicle servicing, technician activities, and after-sales support. The ideal candidate should have good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, preferably with experience in the automobile/EV industry.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily service activities and workshop operations.

Receive and record customer service requests and complaints.

Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians.

Follow up on vehicle servicing, repairs, and delivery timelines.

Maintain service records, job cards, customer data, and reports.

Coordinate with service technicians, spare-parts teams, and customers.

Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.

Follow up with customers regarding service status and feedback.

Monitor pending service jobs and ensure timely closure.





Support warranty claims and service-related documentation.

Prepare daily/weekly service reports and MIS.

Maintain valuable customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Escalate major technical or customer issues to the Service Manager.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Customer-handling and problem-solving ability.

Basic knowledge of automobiles/EVs and service processes.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Ability to maintain records and prepare reports.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in any relevant field.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred in service coordination, automobile, EV, or after-sales service.

Freshers with good communication and coordination skills may also be considered.
