About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager with strong hands-on SEO knowledge and proven managerial/team management experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing SEO strategies, leading the SEO team, and improving organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies.
- Manage on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO activities.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and SEO performance.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve website SEO issues.
- Plan and execute link-building strategies.
- Optimize website content, metadata, internal links, and overall SEO structure.
- Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and the latest SEO trends.
- Manage, guide, and monitor the SEO team and assign tasks effectively.




- Communicate SEO strategies, progress, and results to management/clients.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini to improve SEO research and productivity.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional SEO experience.
- Previous managerial/team-lead experience is required.
- Ability to manage, mentor, and lead an SEO team.
- Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT/Gemini is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
