Requirements

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing

- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices

- Proven track record of driving traffic and improving keyword rankings

- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar

- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

- Ability to create marketing content tailored for US, UK, and European audiences

- Experience running digital campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.)

- Strong understanding of keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience working with SaaS or IT service companies targeting global clients

- Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles

- Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms

- Ability to analyze campaign performance and prepare reports for stakeholders

- Basic knowledge of email marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Sendinblue

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic rankings

- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance audits

- Collaborate with content and design teams to create optimized landing pages and blog content

- Monitor and report on search metrics, website performance, and marketing KPIs

- Run targeted campaigns for US, UK, and European markets to generate qualified leads

- Manage social media presence and drive engagement through organic and paid strategies

- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes
