ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic freshers with a genuine interest in SEO and Digital Marketing to join our growing team.

The selected candidate will learn and execute SEO activities under the guidance of senior team members while working across multiple client accounts in an agency environment.

This is a hands-on role, where candidates will get the opportunity to work on real client websites and gain practical exposure to SEO from day one.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist with keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap identification across client accounts.
- Execute on-page SEO activities including:
- Meta tags
- Headings
- Alt text
- Internal linking
- URL structure
- Support off-page SEO activities such as:
- Directory submissions
- Guest post outreach
- Link prospecting
- Link-building activities
- Conduct basic technical SEO checks, including:
- Crawl errors
- Broken links
- Sitemap reviews
- Robots.txt reviews
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and Google Search Console data.
- Identify and report significant changes in SEO performance to senior team members.
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly SEO performance reports for clients.
- Coordinate with content writers to ensure website content follows SEO best practices.




- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Support senior SEO team members with day-to-day SEO tasks and client requirements.

REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates from Marketing, Mass Media, IT, or related backgrounds will be preferred.
- Genuine interest in SEO and Digital Marketing.
- Basic understanding of search engines and how SEO works.
- Basic familiarity with Google Search, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or any SEO tool will be an advantage.
- Exposure to tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or similar tools is a plus but not mandatory.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Willingness to learn quickly and take feedback positively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment.
- Must be comfortable working on-site from Ghatkopar West, Mumbai.
