Role Description The Senior XECM Consultant role is a full-time remote position responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of enterprise content management solutions for global clients. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical architectures, configuring and customizing XECM and related ECM platforms, and overseeing end-to-end solution delivery. The consultant will collaborate with client stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to drive business transformation initiatives and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals.

Daily activities include creating solution documentation, conducting workshops and trainings,



performing system integrations and migrations, and providing advanced troubleshooting and performance optimization. The role also includes mentoring junior consultants, contributing to best practices and accelerators, and supporting pre-sales activities such as demos and proposal inputs when needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust expertise in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and XECM platforms, including solution design, configuration, customization, and integration.
- Candidates should possess skills in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and translating business needs into technical specifications and implementation plans.
- Candidates should possess experience with system integration, data migration, version upgrades, and performance tuning in complex, distributed environments.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in project coordination or leadership, including planning, task prioritization, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation.
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills, advanced troubleshooting abilities, and a methodical approach to incident and change management.
- Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to conduct workshops, trainings, and client presentations.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of enterprise architectures, security, compliance, and best practices in information management.
- Beneficial qualifications include 7+ years of relevant ECM/XECM consulting experience, prior work with platforms such as Documentum, Filenet, SharePoint, or similar, and experience in onsite/off
