We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Total Rewards Consultant to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and support of Workday Total Rewards solutions. This role will partner with Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, HR, and Business Leaders to deliver innovative total rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate talent while ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and a superior employee experience.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Key Responsibilities

Total Rewards Strategy & Consulting

Partner with Compensation, Benefits, HR, and business stakeholders to design and optimize total rewards programs.

Support compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational goals and market competitiveness.

Advise on best practices related to rewards, pay equity, workforce retention, and employee engagement.

Support global and regional total rewards transformation initiatives.

Configure and optimize Workday Total Rewards solutions, including Compensation & Benefits.





Business Process & Operational Excellence

Configure and maintain compensation and benefits business processes.

Streamline total rewards administration through automation and self-service capabilities.

Support annual compensation review cycles and open enrollment activities.

Ensure accurate and compliant rewards administration.

Reporting & Analytics

Develop and maintain compensation and benefits reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.

Analyze: Compensation Trends, Pay Equity, Reward Utilization, Benefits Participation, Workforce Costs, and Compensation Planning Outcomes

Provide actionable insights to HR and business leaders.

Data Management, Integrations & Compliance

Support data conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.

Collaborate with integration teams to support benefits carriers, payroll providers, and third-party vendors.

Ensure compliance with compensation governance, benefits regulations, audit requirements, and data privacy standards.

Testing & Release Management

Lead/Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and deployment activities.

Evaluate Workday releases and recommend adoption of new Compensation and Benefits features.

Support production issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mentor junior consultants and support project delivery teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of Workday Compensation and/or Benefits experience.

Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end Workday implementations.

Experience supporting global or multi-country rewards programs.

Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.

Workday Compensation Certification.

Workday Benefits Certification.

Workday HCM Certification.

Experience with Payroll integrations and Benefits carrier connectivity.

Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and Advanced Reporting.

Knowledge of pay equity, compensation benchmarking, and rewards governance.

Experience supporting large-scale HR transformation programs.
