Key Responsibilities

- Lead client interactions and understand the couple's vision, requirements, priorities and expectations.
- Coordinate with clients, families, vendors, dcor, hospitality and internal teams.
- Develop and manage detailed wedding plans, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
- Work closely with the couple to translate their ideas into the overall wedding experience, particularly dcor and event design.
- Oversee guest management, hospitality, logistics and on-ground execution.
- Anticipate potential issues and resolve them proactively.
- Maintain high standards of execution throughout the wedding lifecycle.
- Conduct post-event closure and ensure complete handover.

Requirements

- 4+ years of relevant wedding planning/event management experience,



preferably with luxury or destination weddings.
- Robust client-management and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent planning, coordination and problem-solving ability.
- Solid understanding of dcor, hospitality, logistics and wedding production.
- Ability to manage multiple teams, vendors and family stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail and strong ownership mentality.
- Ability to remain composed and decisive under pressure.
