Job summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Web Designer & Developer who can take ownership of both the visual design and technical development of modern, high-quality websites and web applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UI/UX design, responsive web design, front-end development, website performance, and modern web technologies . This role requires someone who can independently translate business requirements and ideas into visually compelling, user-friendly, and technically robust digital experiences.

Key Responsibility

- Design and develop modern, responsive, and visually engaging websites.
- Own the complete website development lifecycle, from concept and wireframes through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Create UI/UX designs, wireframes, prototypes, and page layouts using tools such as Figma.
- Convert approved designs into pixel-accurate, responsive web pages.
- Develop reusable front-end components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
- Work with React, Next.js, or similar front-end technologies.
- Ensure websites provide an excellent user experience across desktop,



tablet, and mobile devices.
- Optimize websites for performance, page speed, accessibility, and SEO.
- Integrate APIs, forms, analytics, CRM tools, payment solutions, and other third-party services as required.
- Manage and customize WordPress or other CMS-based websites where applicable.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform ongoing website maintenance and improvements.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and consistent design implementation.
- Follow modern development standards, clean coding practices, version control, and security best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and other teams to translate business requirements into effective digital solutions.
- Recommend improvements to website design, functionality, conversion, and overall user experience.
- Stay current with emerging web design trends, development technologies, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of professional experience in web design and development.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web development .
- Strong experience with React, Next.js, or similar modern JavaScript frameworks .
- Strong UI/UX design skills with hands-on experience using Figma or similar design tools .
- Ability to create professional designs independently,



not just develop from provided designs.
- Experience with WordPress and CMS customization .
- Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services.
- Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Knowledge of technical SEO and website performance optimization.
- Experience with Git/GitHub or similar version-control systems.
- Solid debugging, testing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of web accessibility and browser compatibility standards.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of Node.js, PHP, Python, or other back-end technologies.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience with cloud platforms, hosting environments, domains, DNS, SSL, and website deployment.
- Understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and related web tools.
- Experience designing and developing landing pages focused on lead generation and conversion optimization.

Candidates Profile We are looking for someone who combines creative design thinking with strong technical execution . The successful candidate should be able to work independently, take ownership of projects, communicate ideas clearly, and deliver polished websites without requiring extensive supervision.

A strong portfolio demonstrating both web design and development expertise is required.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or a related discipline is preferred. Equivalent professional experience with a strong portfolio will also be considered.
