Senior Visual UI Designer B2C Web & Mobile

We are looking for a hands-on Visual UI Designer who can create polished, contemporary, and distinctive interfaces for responsive B2C web and mobile products.

This is not a UX research-only or coordination role. The successful candidate must have strong visual judgement and be able to independently design complete screens, design systems, original icons, badges, and supporting visual assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Translate product requirements and reference material into wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes
- Build and maintain structured Figma components, variants, variables, design tokens, and reusable design systems
- Create original icons, badges, simple vector illustrations, and supporting graphical elements
- Organise information-heavy screens using strong hierarchy, typography, spacing, colour, and interaction states
- Design complete loading, empty, error, disabled, hover, selected, and responsive states
- Prepare developer-ready files and clear specifications
- Review implemented screens and provide precise visual QA feedback
- Improve existing interfaces without unnecessarily rebuilding established product flows

Required Skills
- 4+ years of professional UI, visual, or product design experience
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, variables, and prototyping
- Strong visual design skills in typography, composition, spacing, colour, and information hierarchy
- Proven responsive web and mobile design experience




- Ability to create original visual assets instead of relying only on templates, UI kits, stock assets, or AI-generated layouts
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent vector and image-editing tools
- A portfolio demonstrating polished production work and clearly explaining your personal contribution
- Good written communication and ability to work independently in a remote team

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with information-heavy B2C products, dashboards, fintech, e-commerce, entertainment, or live-data interfaces
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, responsive implementation, and frontend design constraints
- Experience working closely with React frontend developers
- Motion design or micro-interaction experience
- Experience reviewing implementation for visual accuracy

Working Conditions
- Full-time remote position
- Approximately 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
- Minimum 4 hours of overlap with Korean business hours
- Monthly compensation equivalent to approximately 58,000–83,000, depending on experience and portfolio quality
- A short paid practical design task may be included in the final selection process
