As we continue to grow our digital presence, we are looking for a creative and motivated Video Editor & Video Content Creator who can help us build a strong and consistent visual identity across Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for someone who can do more than simply edit videos.

The ideal candidate should understand storytelling, social media content, branding, advertising, audience attention, and visual communication.

You will be responsible for taking raw footage, scripts, ideas, or creative briefs and turning them into engaging, professional, and platform-optimized video content.

The role offers significant creative freedom and the opportunity to experiment with contemporary editing techniques and AI-powered creative tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Edit high-quality videos for Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, advertisements, promotional videos, educational videos, and brand content.
- Edit long-form YouTube videos and repurpose them into Shorts, Reels, and other short-form content.
- Create attention-grabbing hooks within the first few seconds of a video.
- Develop different hooks, edits, formats, and creative variations for testing.
- Add motion graphics, animations, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, music, and visual effects where required.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, visual style, and messaging.
- Understand the objective of a video and choose an appropriate editing style, pacing, structure, and visual treatment.




- Work with the marketing and creative team to develop video concepts and content ideas.
- Create videos designed not only to look good but also to improve engagement, retention, leads, and conversions.
- Stay updated with Instagram, YouTube, and Meta trends, formats, editing styles, and content strategies.
- Organize raw footage, project files, graphics, music, templates, and other creative assets efficiently.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver work within agreed timelines.

AI & MODERN CREATIVE TOOLS VastuSarovar is actively exploring AI-powered tools as part of our creative and video production workflow.

We are looking for someone who is interested in using AI to improve the speed, quality, and creativity of video production.

Experience with any of the following will be an advantage:

- AI video generation
- AI image generation
- AI voiceovers
- AI voice cloning
- AI avatars and presenters
- AI animation
- AI-assisted video editing
- AI-generated backgrounds and visual effects
- AI-based content ideation
- AI tools for advertising creatives

You do not need to know every AI tool. A willingness to learn and experiment with new technology is highly valued. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Candidates must be based in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh and available to work in person.
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, Video Content Creator, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating your editing and creative abilities.
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Good understanding of motion graphics, transitions, animations, and visual effects.
- Experience creating content for Instagram Reels, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, and Meta Ads.
- Understanding of social media video formats, aspect ratios, hooks, CTAs, and audience retention.




- Basic knowledge of color correction, color grading, sound design, and audio editing.
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, typography, composition, and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to independently take a brief or raw footage and complete the editing process.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS The following will be an added advantage:

- Experience creating Meta or Instagram advertising creatives.
- Experience with direct-response or conversion-focused video content.
- Experience editing long-form YouTube content.
- Strong motion graphics and animation skills.
- Experience working with digital brands, startups, agencies, or online businesses.
- Experience using AI video and creative tools.
- Understanding of branding and visual identity.
- Experience creating educational, informational, or promotional content.
- Knowledge of Vastu, architecture, interiors, real estate, or related industries.
