Job Responsibilities

Edit video content for social media, advertisements, and digital marketing campaigns.

Work closely with content creators and strategists to bring creative concepts to life.

Maintain high standards of video production quality.

Optimize video content for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and more.

Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Creation of memorable and unique bytes/videos with the provided creative direction based on written or verbal briefs.

Focus on originality, setting trends rather than replicating existing ideas.

Collaborate with other team Artists to understand process requirements.

Lead and mentor a team of video editors, enhancing their technical and creative skills.

Establish a systematic approach to video production by combining hooks, content structures, and CTAs to create multiple variations.

Automate repetitive editing tasks to enhance efficiency.

Independently manage your efforts to fit into project time plans.

Autonomously conduct necessary research and preparation for all tasks.

Communicate proactively inside the team to facilitate optimal workflow.

The professional value you bring:





3+ years of experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio of work.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other video editing software.

Strong understanding of video composition, pacing, and storytelling.

Experience editing for social media platforms.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong artistic professional fundamentals (Composition, color theory, perspective, camera handling, AI videos).

Strong visual communication skills.

Ability to iterate on constructive feedback in a timely fashion.

Good eye for details, materials, and scale.

Solid knowledge of video editing, compositing, and AI video Creation.

Good verbal and written English language skills.

Nice to have
