Role Description The Senior US Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for a variety of engineering and corporate roles. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies, building solid talent pipelines, and maintaining relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce plans.

The Senior US Recruiter will conduct candidate outreach through multiple channels, evaluate profiles for cultural and role fit, schedule and facilitate interviews across time zones, and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.



The role also includes maintaining accurate recruitment data, supporting employer branding initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes. Collaboration with HR, business leaders, and external partners will be key to meeting hiring targets and enhancing the candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle US recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for mid to senior-level roles.
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing using job boards, professional networks, social media, and talent databases, with a focus on engineering and technology profiles.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet aggressive hiring timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across global teams and time zones.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR tools, and recruitment analytics to maintain accurate data and improve hiring efficiency.
- Solid understanding of US labor market trends, basic employment practices, and relevant compliance considerations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in recruiting or talent acquisition are an advantage.
- Prior experience in engineering services, technology, or related industries is highly desirable, along with a commitment to ethical recruiting practices.
