Role Description The Senior Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves advising customers on travel options, creating tailored itineraries, and managing end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, tours, and transfers.

The Senior Travel

Consultant will handle reservations, coordinate with internal and external partners, and provide visa-related guidance in line with company policies.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly,



and ensuring a smooth travel experience from initial inquiry to post-trip follow-up. The role also includes mentoring junior consultants, contributing to process improvements, and supporting sales goals through proactive engagement and upselling of travel services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design and oversee comprehensive travel plans.
- Candidates should possess solid experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including booking and coordinating multi-leg itineraries.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and problem-solving.
- Relevant experience in international tour operations, visa support, or corporate travel management is beneficial.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple client requests, and use travel booking.
- Prior experience as a Senior Travel Consultant or in a similar senior role, and a diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
