Transactional Accounting, Gl accounting, month end closing, reconciliation, acquisitions, dispositions.

Qualification:

- Bachelors degree in Accounting (B.S.) r equivalent from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience; commercial real estate accounting experience preferred; CPA or equivalent (or progress toward) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and accounting skills.
- Ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on transparent documentation and cross-team coordination.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess a high level of integrity.
- Proven ability to expand areas of knowledge and learn new skills as circumstances require.
- Solid problem-solving, time management,



and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to follow and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintain organized workpapers, and meet service-level expectations for turnaround time and quality
- Strong controls mindset: understands the importance of evidence, review, and audit trails; comfortable working in a controlled close environment with documented approvals
- Technology- and automation-oriented; willing to learn and responsibly use emerging AI tools to reduce manual effort (e.g., first drafts of reconciliations/memos, checklist creation, variance commentary) while adhering to confidentiality and security requirements
