Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Senior Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in providing high-quality therapeutic care, managing patient evaluations, and creating effective treatment plans. As a Senior Therapist, you will also guide junior staff and ensure the highest standards of client care

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive client assessments and evaluations.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Provide high-quality therapeutic interventions and counseling.Monitor, record, and evaluate patient progress regularly.

Mentor and supervise junior therapists or interns.

Maintain confidential and accurate client documentation.

Collaborate with families and medical professionals if required.

Qualifications & Skills :





Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of active practice as a therapist.

Education: Diploma in Ayurveda panchakarma therapy/equivalent

Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and active listening.

Attributes: Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.Language: Proficiency in the local language and basic English.

Salary & Advantages :Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience).
