- Lead and manage end-to-end Quality Engineering and Software Testing engagements across multiple projects and client accounts.
- Define testing strategies, quality assurance frameworks and governance models for enterprise applications.
- Drive Functional Testing, Automation Testing, API Testing, Performance Testing, Security Testing, AI Testing and Data Analytics Testing initiatives.
- Establish and monitor quality metrics, KPIs and service-level objectives across testing programs.
- Lead test planning, effort estimation, resource allocation and delivery management activities.
- Manage multiple QA teams including Test Leads, Automation Engineers, ETL Test Engineers, BI Test Engineers and Functional Test Engineers.
- Develop and implement enterprise-level test strategies aligned with business objectives and delivery timelines.
- Provide leadership in test automation transformation and continuous testing initiatives.
- Drive quality engineering best practices, process improvements and innovation across the organization.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Project Managers and Business Stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

- Lead defect triage meetings, root cause analysis discussions and quality review sessions.
- Manage client communications, status reporting and executive-level stakeholder engagements.

- Drive risk management activities and proactively identify quality risks impacting project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to testing teams and emerging leaders.
- Experience managing enterprise applications across Banking, Insurance, Retail, Healthcare, Telecom, E-Commerce or similar domains.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Quality Engineering practices.
- Hands-on understanding of Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, API Testing tools, ETL Testing and BI Testing frameworks.
- Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Test Management Tools and enterprise reporting dashboards.
- Solid knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience leading distributed and offshore testing teams across multiple geographies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality and customer satisfaction.
- Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, proposal reviews and customer presentations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage large-scale testing programs while ensuring predictable delivery, high quality standards and client satisfaction.
