The Senior Telecaller Executive plays a critical role in driving revenue and managing customer relations. This role involves making high-volume outbound calls, converting leads into customers, resolving complex escalations, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate possesses excellent persuasive skills, deep CRM expertise, and a proven track record of exceeding sales or conversion targets.Core ResponsibilitiesLead Management & Sales Conversion
- Execute Campaigns: Conduct targeted outbound calls to warm and cold leads to pitch products or services.
- Close Deals: Drive the entire sales or qualification process over the phone to achieve monthly targets.
- Nurture Pipeline: Follow up diligently with prospects who showed interest to build a strong pipeline.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
