Job Summary The Telecaller is responsible for making and receiving calls to customers or prospects to promote products/services, generate leads, resolve queries, and support sales or customer service goals. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases or leads
- Answer inbound calls and address customer queries or complaints
- Explain products, services, and offers clearly to customers
- Persuade potential customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments/meetings
- Maintain and update call records, customer details, and follow-up status in CRM or registers
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
- Follow up with leads that haven't converted yet
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department or senior staff
- Maintain a polite, professional, and patient tone in every interaction
- Adhere to scripts, compliance guidelines, and company policies during calls

Required Skills




- Excellent verbal communication skills (in relevant language(s), e.g., Hindi/English)
- Valuable listening skills and ability to handle objections
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software)
- Patience and ability to handle rejection or difficult customers
- Time management and multitasking ability
- Persuasive and confident speaking style

Qualifications
- Minimum: 10th/12th pass or Graduate (depending on company requirement)
- Prior experience in telecalling/telesales/customer service preferred but not mandatory (freshers can apply)
- Comfortable working with call scripts and targets
