About the Role

Shivansh OutSourcing is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior US Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in US IT staffing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the recruitment process from sourcing through placement.

The recruiter will work closely with account managers, and candidates to identify qualified talent, manage the recruiting pipeline, and successfully close positions.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and placement.

· Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.

· Review resumes and assesses candidates based on job requirements, technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and availability.

· Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' technical background, communication skills, and overall fit.

· Work on multiple IT requirements simultaneously and prioritize positions based on urgency and client needs.

· Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, account managers, and clients.

· Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.

· Negotiate rates, understand candidate expectations, and assist with offer closures.





· Maintain accurate and updated candidate information in the ATS/CRM.

· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.

· Follow up consistently with candidates to minimize interview drop-offs, offer declines, and no-shows.

· Work closely with the recruiting team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.

· Stay updated on US staffing trends, technologies, job market conditions, and recruiting best practices.

· Ensure all candidate submissions meet client requirements and internal compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

· 3+ years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment/Staffing.

· Strong understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment process.

· Experience recruiting for technical positions, NON IT, Functional roles.

· Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and major US job boards.

· Experience working with ATS/CRM platforms such as CEIPAL, JobDiva, Bullhorn, Avature, or similar systems.

· Robust candidate screening and interviewing skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

· Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.





· Ability to manage multiple open positions and candidates simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience working with direct clients, MSP/VMS programs, or staffing vendors.

· Experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.

· Understanding of US work authorization categories and staffing requirements.

· Proven track record of generating interviews and placements.

· Experience mentoring or guiding junior recruiters.
