Role Overview

We are looking for a senior, hands-on Technical Project Manager who can independently lead complex enterprise AI implementations from commercial handover to production go-live, stabilization, and adoption.

This is not a project coordination role. You will own delivery outcomes, client confidence, timelines, solution readiness, and cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, AI, QA, Sales, and Customer Success.

You will manage multiple enterprise deployments involving APIs, data integrations, conversational AI workflows, voice and WhatsApp channels, testing, security reviews, and production rollouts.

What You Will Own

Enterprise Implementation and Delivery

- Own the complete implementation lifecycle, from post-sales discovery and solution design through UAT, go-live, stabilization, and handover
- Translate commercial commitments and client requirements into clear project plans, technical workstreams, milestones, owners, and acceptance criteria
- Establish delivery governance covering timelines, dependencies, risks, escalation paths, and decision-making
- Ensure every deployment has a clearly defined scope, success metrics, test plan, rollout plan, and production-readiness checklist
- Manage multiple enterprise implementations simultaneously without compromising delivery quality

Client and Stakeholder Leadership

- Act as the primary delivery owner and senior point of contact for enterprise clients
- Lead implementation kick-offs, governance reviews, UAT discussions, issue-resolution calls, and executive status updates
- Set realistic expectations, manage scope changes, and identify risks before they affect timelines or client confidence
- Convert ambiguous client requirements into structured decisions and executable action plans
- Build trusted relationships with business, technology, operations, security, and leadership stakeholders

Technical Program Management

- Coordinate integrations involving APIs, webhooks, client systems, data pipelines, telephony, WhatsApp, authentication, and enterprise security requirements




- Work closely with Product, Engineering, AI, QA, and client technology teams to resolve technical dependencies
- Understand system architecture and integration flows well enough to challenge assumptions, identify gaps, and drive decisions
- Lead environment readiness, integration testing, UAT, production deployment, and post-launch monitoring
- Ensure defects and production issues are prioritized based on business impact, with clear ownership and resolution timelines

Delivery Quality and Governance

- Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs, dependency trackers, decision logs, UAT trackers, and go-live checklists
- Define project-level success metrics covering timelines, solution quality, adoption, usage, and business outcomes
- Build and standardize Vibrium’s end-to-end delivery process, from sales handover through go-live and stabilization
- Create reusable stage gates, templates, ownership structures, and escalation processes that improve delivery speed and quality
- Conduct delivery retrospectives and apply the learnings to future implementations
- Escalate risks with clarity, supporting evidence, business impact, and recommended actions

Commercial and Product Alignment

- Ensure delivery remains aligned with the signed scope, commercials, assumptions, and client commitments
- Identify scope expansion, customization requirements, and potential change requests early
- Provide structured product feedback based on recurring client requirements and implementation challenges
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support adoption, renewals, and expansion opportunities

What We Are Looking For

- 6 to 10 years of experience in technical project management, enterprise implementation, solutions delivery, or technology consulting
- At least 3 years of experience independently owning complex enterprise or client-facing technology programs
- Demonstrated experience taking projects from requirements gathering to production go-live
- Robust understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, workflows, SaaS platforms, cloud environments, and software delivery lifecycles
- Experience managing UAT, production releases, defects, dependencies, change requests, and escalations
- Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent




- Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models, with the judgment to select the right approach for each implementation
- Ability to independently build and manage project plans, RAID logs, UAT trackers, release plans, and executive dashboards
- Strong client presence with the ability to lead conversations involving business leaders, engineering teams, and senior executives
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations and drive teams towards clear decisions
- Strong written communication, documentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to manage several high-priority projects while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to be hands-on and take direct ownership of delivery outcomes

Preferred Experience

- Experience delivering AI, Voice AI, conversational AI, workflow automation, SaaS, fintech, BFSI, insurance, or enterprise technology solutions
- Familiarity with LLM-based applications, conversational workflows, telephony platforms, WhatsApp integrations, and AI model testing
- Experience working with enterprise security, compliance, data privacy, and deployment requirements
- Experience in a high-growth startup, product company, or technology consulting environment
- Technical or engineering education is preferred, but not mandatory
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe, or an equivalent project management certification is preferred, but not mandatory
