About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Leader to lead the end-to-end delivery of scalable, high-performance applications. This role requires a strong mix of hands-on technical expertise, leadership capability, and project management skills within an Agile environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of developers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions




- Design and develop scalable, secure applications using .NET, Angular, and Azure
- Ensure best practices in system design, microservices architecture, and API development
- Conduct code reviews and guide the team on performance optimization and clean coding practices
- Provide technical mentorship and support team growth
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure on-time project delivery
- Maintain clear and effective communication with cross-functional teams and leadership

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in .NET technologies
- Proven experience in a Technical Lead or Team Lead role
- Hands-on experience with Angular and Microsoft Azure
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
