About the Role
TechOwl is looking for a Senior Technical Content Writer & Strategist who can translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, credible content that resonates with CISOs, CIOs, and IT decision-makers. You'll own our social media posts, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, website content, and email marketing campaigns (EDMs) with the HTML fluency to build and edit email templates.
What You'll Do
- Write in-depth social media copy and captions, blogs, guides, and thought-leadership content on cybersecurity, compliance, and technology risk topics.
- Translate technical/product content into content that's accurate but accessible to a business audience.
- Write and structure case studies, whitepapers, and service/landing pages.
- Write and code HTML EDMs (email campaigns) , newsletters etc. ensuring they render correctly across the respective platforms.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to align content with keyword strategy and SEO best practices.
- Research and stay current on cybersecurity trends, RBI/regulatory updates, and industry developments to keep content accurate and timely.
- Proofread and edit content for clarity, tone, and technical accuracy before publishing.
What We're Looking For
- Strong technical writing, able to research and accurately explain cybersecurity/IT/compliance topics without oversimplifying or getting it wrong.
- Experience writing for a B2B or technical audience (SaaS, IT, cybersecurity, or similar preferred)
- Ability to write across formats: social media, blogs, case studies, whitepapers, website copy, email/newsletter content.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for EDM's.
- Strong research skills, comfortable reading technical documentation, regulatory frameworks, or product specs and turning them into clear content.
Experience: 4+ years in technical/content writing. Location & Work Mode
