About Workhall

Workhall is a bootstrapped low-code / no-code enterprise workflow platform. We help large organisations model complex operations as configurable data structures, workflows, and reports, without the cost and drag of bespoke custom development. Today we serve 30+ enterprise customers across India, Australia, and the Americas, in industries ranging from manufacturing, food and beverage, and pharma to construction, trade, and private capital.

Our products team is building focused vertical products on top of the platform. Two are the primary focus for the current cycle: OpsPulse, our unified EHS, quality, and compliance product for industrial and regulated sectors, and DealPulse, our deal and portfolio management product for multi-asset private capital. This role sits at the centre of that push.

About the role

You will be the technical backbone that turns the Workhall platform into working enterprise solutions. Sitting inside the products team, you own solution design and hands-on build for our focus products, solve the hard data-modelling and integration problems that complex customers bring, and act as the deep technical reference point for our delivery teams and implementation partners.

This is a senior, hands-on solutioning role for someone who is equally comfortable whiteboarding an architecture and configuring the platform themselves. You are not just advising from the sidelines. You design, you build, and you set the standard others follow.

What you will do

Solution design and architecture

- Own end-to-end solution design on the platform: data models, workflows, roles and permissions, reports, and the expression logic that ties them together.
- Translate ambiguous enterprise requirements into robust, scalable, maintainable configurations rather than one-off hacks.
- Make and defend data-modelling decisions,



including denormalization and relationship patterns, with an eye on performance and long-term maintainability on a document-database platform.

Build and delivery
- Configure and build complex solutions across our focus products, OpsPulse and DealPulse, and step into other verticals when needed.
- Design and implement integrations between Workhall and external enterprise systems.
- Own the hardest technical parts of an implementation, and unblock delivery teams when they hit the limits of the platform or the data model.

Customer and stakeholder engagement
- Run technical discovery workshops with enterprise customers, shape the solution, and communicate trade-offs to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor through an implementation, from design through go-live and stabilisation.

Partner enablement and quality
- Enable, review, and raise the quality bar for implementation partners so delivery stays consistent as we scale.
- Define reusable patterns, templates, and technical standards that the wider delivery ecosystem can adopt.

Product feedback loop
- Bring real customer and delivery friction back into the products team so it shapes the roadmap and the platform itself.

What we are looking for

- Experience. 5+ years in enterprise software implementation, solution consulting, or technical delivery, including meaningful time on low-code / no-code, BPM, or workflow automation platforms.

- Data modelling.



Strong data-modelling instincts and comfort with document or NoSQL databases; MongoDB experience is a clear advantage.

- Platform depth. Ability to reason about workflow logic, conditional expressions, and integrations from first principles, not just by copying prior examples.

- Communication. Customer-facing maturity: you can run a workshop, defend a design decision, manage expectations, and say no well.

- Ownership. A track record of owning the technically hardest part of a project and getting it live.

Nice to have

- Domain exposure to EHS, quality management, or governance, risk and compliance (for OpsPulse), or to private capital and fund operations (for DealPulse).
- Experience enabling a partner or delivery ecosystem, or leading a small technical team.
- Familiarity with API design, scripting, or integration middleware.

What success looks like

- By 30 days: First 30 days: fluent in the platform's core building blocks and able to configure a working solution end to end.

- By 90 days: First 90 days: leading the solution design on at least one complex customer implementation and setting technical patterns others reuse.

- By 6 months: First 6 months: the go-to technical authority for your focus product, with partners and delivery teams delivering to a visibly higher standard.
