Blitz currently engages with enterprise brands with category focus into Fashion, Beauty & Personal Care and Healthcare; helping them with 30% - 40% increase in their website conversions & increasing retention by 2x by providing best in class experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Own end-to-end hiring for Key Leadership roles like City Heads, Operations Managers, Escalation Managers, Heads of Operations, and other logistics roles.

- Drive Pan-India recruitment across multiple cities and business locations.

- Manage bulk/high-volume hiring while maintaining quality and speed.

- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand requirements and create effective hiring plans.

- Manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and joining closures.

- Build strong talent pipelines through Naukri,



LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

- Track hiring metrics including pipeline, TAT, closures, and offer-to-join ratio.

- Support and streamline TA operations and recruitment processes.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Graduation degree / Post Graduation in HR specialization from an accredited university with 4–5 years of relevant experience in operations/logistics industry.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (remote & face-to-face).

- Knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and handling people processes.

- Proven coaching and leadership skills with experience in building & mentoring high-performance teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- 4 –7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Logistics, E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Supply Chain, or Last-Mile Delivery.

- Proven experience in Pan-India hiring and bulk recruitment.

- Experience hiring mid-senior and leadership operations roles.

- Strong stakeholder management and candidate closure skills.

- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Languages: English and Hindi required; Kannada preferred.
