About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Talent Partner to own leadership and strategic global hiring across FlixStock — end to end. You'll partner directly with business heads and the leadership team to close complex, high-stakes mandates (Manager to C-suite) across both tech and non-tech functions. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a quick-paced, AI-driven startup environment — ideal for someone who thrives on ambiguity, moves with urgency, and knows how to win senior talent in a competitive market.

What You'll Do

Leadership & Senior Hiring

- Own end-to-end recruitment for mid-senior and leadership roles, including C-suite mandates
- Partner with business heads to define role requirements, hiring plans, and success profiles
- Drive offer negotiations and close senior candidates with speed and precision
- Manage stakeholder expectations proactively with structured updates and data-backed insights

Tech & Non-Tech Mandates

- Deliver across engineering, product, and AI/ML roles as well as sales, marketing, and operations




- Build advanced Boolean search strategies and multi-channel sourcing pipelines
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, and talent communities effectively
- Run competency-based screening and structured interviews to ensure quality of hire

Talent Strategy & Passive Sourcing

- Build talent maps for critical functions across SaaS, e-commerce, and AI-driven product companies
- Develop and nurture a strong passive candidate pipeline for future leadership needs
- Track and report hiring metrics (TAT, quality of hire, pipeline health) to leadership
- Continuously sharpen processes to improve speed and hiring outcomes

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

- Represent FlixStock professionally across every candidate touchpoint
- Partner with HR to deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
- Champion diversity in senior hiring and help build FlixStock's talent brand in the market

What We're Looking For

- 6–10 years of talent acquisition experience, with proven ownership of senior and leadership hiring
- Strong background in SaaS, e-commerce, or AI-first product companies
- Demonstrated success in passive candidate sourcing and headhunting for niche, hard-to-fill roles
- Expertise across both tech (engineering, product, AI/ML) and non-tech (sales, ops, marketing) hiring
- Exceptional stakeholder management — comfortable partnering with and influencing CXOs
- Experience thriving in fast-scaling startup environments with high ownership and ambiguity
- Hands-on command of LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and ATS platforms

Good to Have

- Exposure to global or cross-geography hiring
- Experience building talent pipelines and TA processes from scratch
- Familiarity with fashion-tech, computer vision, or generative AI talent markets
