Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Nalsoft, a leading Oracle Specialized Partner, is looking for a passionate and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. We are seeking a recruitment professional with 5–8 years of experience in IT and Non-IT hiring who can independently manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and successfully closing positions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for open positions across departments and experience levels.
- Understand hiring requirements by working closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interviews with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience by maintaining regular communication throughout the hiring process.




- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.
- Meet hiring targets while ensuring quality, speed, and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in IT recruitment with proven expertise in end-to-end hiring.
- Strong hands-on experience with sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work within aggressive hiring timelines.
